Alsea report a net income growth of 16.5% in the first quarter of 2018

- Increase of 10.8% in EBITDA in the first quarter, achieving a 20 basis points expansion in EBITDA margin
- 3,468 total units in the portfolio, which includes 233 additional units compared with the first quarter of the prior year, which represents a 7.2% organic growth
