Chili's is a U.S. casual dining chain known for its Tex-Mex style cuisine. It was founded by Larry Lavine in 1975 in Dallas, Texas, under the concept of "Playing restaurant", a philosophy that is maintained to this day in its more than 1,600 restaurants in 29 countries.
Their menu includes a variety of dishes such as burgers, ribs, fajitas and other American and Mexican inspired dishes. Chili's is also known for their famous "Baby Back Ribs". Plus *fun fact* their classic Margarita Presidente is shaken exactly 25 times, no more and no less.
